  • Matterport’s 3D Data Platform uses state-of-the-art camera technology to create a highly-accurate digital twin (i. e. a 3D model) of any physical space. With Matterport, prospective buyers can explore every inch of a listing from the comfort of their home. A trained professional will perform the scan ensuring a professional-grade product.

  • Professionally crafted email marketing will be sent to agents and buyers actively searching in your neighborhood to promote your new listing, its special features, and open house events.

  • Your home will be easy to find online after it receives a dedicated website with a custom URL matching its address (e.g. www.462MainSt.com). It’ll feature photos, 3D tour, floor plan, neighborhood map, and an option for buyer’s to schedule a private showing.

  • From local and national brokerages to consumer facing search portals, your listing will be featured on the web’s most trafficked websites, listed in the MLS, and promoted across multiple social media channels to gain maximum exposure to motivated, active buyers.

  • Together we’ll compile a list of your home’s most important special features, improvements, and neighborhood amenities which will be printed on branded special feature cards and placed throughout the home.
